PDF is a fixed-layout format not designed for editing. Converting to Word requires rebuilding the layout which can cause minor differences, especially with complex multi-column layouts or scanned PDFs.
Scanned PDFs are images and require OCR (Optical Character Recognition) to extract text. Conversion quality depends on scan quality. For best results use a clearly scanned document at 300 DPI or higher.
The maximum supported file size is 10 MB. If your PDF is larger, try compressing it using a PDF compressor tool first, or split it into smaller files.
